Nari Maitree has a Constitution, duly approved by the members of General Committee, the highest authority of the organization consequently this constitution is also approved by the NGO Affairs' Bureau under Regd. Act no - 46 of 1978.
According to the constitution Article no- 8, clause-2 KHA NM conducted regular AGM & Election for selection of new Executive Committee for a period of 3 (three) years since inception in the year 1983 and duly approved by the Directorate of Women Affairs GOB.
The NM Executive Committee consists of eleven members. They are highly distinguished professionals, activists and entrepreneurs who are elected to the Executive Committee and bring their diverse skills and experience to the governance of NM.
