Delegation of Authority:

Project Coordinators and Program Managers assist the Executive Director in technical and managerial issues of the organization, administrative liaison and to ensure smooth co-ordination with the government, donors, and other development organizations/NGOs. The Finance controller is responsible for organizations financial and personnel management. Both of them are reportable to the Executive Director. The Project's Accountants are also reportable to him/her for financial administration and management. The other core staff of the organization such as Office Assistant, Office Peon and Messenger reports to the Administrative Officer.
