Food Security

To improve household food security for vulnerable poor households in its working area, NM implements several activities through different projects/programs that are as follows;

	Organize and Form VGD women Group and adolescent groups

	Provided skill training on vegetable cultivation, nursery development, homestead gardening,

	Provide seed, sapling and necessary credit support, visit stakeholders plot, identify technical
	problems and diseases of crops and necessary technical support in this regard.

	Provide training on poultry, goat rearing and cow fattening and follows up stakeholders firm
	& treatment and immunization facilities in terms of identifying diseases through networking and linkages with livestock officer of department of animal husbandry of GOB and provides necessary technical assistance in this regard.
